LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE 1 hour.

1 hour.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specific technique aimed at treating or activating the lymphatic system, with the aim of mobilising the lymph and helping to eliminate waste fluids or toxins that accumulate in the walls of the ducts and cause obstruction in the system (e.g. swollen legs, feeling of heaviness).

BENEFITS

  • It induces a state of relaxation, so it is recommended in stressful situations.
  • It improves circulation, relieving oedema and heaviness.
  • It contributes to the reabsorption of fluids and elimination of toxins.
  • In cases of surgery, it helps to prepare and recover tissue faster (accelerates the healing process).
  • It stimulates the immune system, strengthening the body's defences.
